What is A5? Wagyu is a term that literally means “Japanese cow” and is the name given to cattle breeds developed over centuries in Japan. A5 is the highest possible quality rating awarded by the Japanese government. We primarily source Miyazaki-Wagyu and Kobe Wine Beef which are some of the most luxurious cattle in the world.
